Apple juice not from concentrate (NFC) is typically available in 10 - 13°Brix with added ascorbic acid to prohibit oxidization. Cobell can also supply without added ascorbic acid, in additional varietals and by specific origin by request.
NFC juice aims to retain as much of the character of the raw fruit as possible. In general, the only components of the fruit that are intentionally removed in the production process are the insoluble pulp, skin and seeds.
