All About Rose Hip
The fruit of the rose plant is naturally bright in colour and tart in taste.
The cherry sized fruit is often compared to the cranberry. However, unlike the cranberry, the rose hip is considered by many too astringent in flavour to be eaten raw.
The rose hip fruit is best processed and consumed within a jelly or jam.
