Bayas Del Sur are one of the largest fruit growers and processors in Chile, growing their own raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, cranberry, prune, kiwi, blackberry, apple and red grape.

Fruits are available as high quality concentrates produced at the Bayas del Sur factory which holds four SGS-Certifications for HACCP-procedures, ISO-9002, Organic & AIB.

Bayas Del Sur operate one of South America´s most versatile juice concentration plants and process berries down to correlative batches of 6.000 liters, making it possible to develop specialty preparations for any imaginable product. On request they can also deliver spray-dried products.
