As the sole UK agent for Dreher, Cobell are happy to report that in late 2010, Dreher installed a customised Rossi & Catelli Zenith Chrono Fruit and Vegetable Puree line that contains a Giubileo Cold Extraction, ETA (Enzymes Thermal Shocker) and Guibileo Hot Refiner. This patented system retains the fresh flavour, aroma and colour of the natural fruit and produces a puree with a great consistency.

After successfully running the line for 2 years and completing a range of quality trials Dreher are now able to reliably supply volumes of fruit purees to a high standard and at great value. In addition to this the factory has recently passed its BRC Level 6 with a Grade A.
