Carambola (Star Fruit) Puree

Fruit pureé is raw fruit which, in most instances, has been washed, sorted and then processed to produce a smooth pulverised fruit product. Most fruit Purees have a small amount of added sugar which acts as a preservative.

Carambola Pureé is typically available at 6.0-10.0 °Brix. 

Carambola Pureé is generally packaged as frozen. However, please contact us if you have any special requirements.
